About Austin

As a former NCAA collegiate athlete, physical fitness has always been of importance to me. Through my studies in kinesiology, nutrition, and rehab, I've been blessed to help hundreds of clients in need. My personal training concentration begins with a proper nutritional base. Without this component, seeing substantial results is quite challenging. Then, a results-oriented training routine, and a positive mindset really go a long way! I have earned two degrees, one in kinesiology and the other in human performance and nutrition. The certifications I’ve earned include NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I'm always eager to grow in new ways, and I'm excited to help you do the same with fitness!
