I love helping people feel less stress and more energy from their workouts. I've been training in the gym setting for over 20 years. My training consists of a mix of strength training, cardio, and stretching. Mobility is super important to me throughout life so I am always incorporating stretching within the workout. I will listen to what your needs/wants are and plan the workouts according to you. I bring a ton of energy and love helping people enjoy working out!

Excellent workout routine for me. I like that she works on improving my rotaional strength and flexibility in shoulder sockets and hip sockets, then core and balance. She emphasizes breath combined with deep stretches and tight abs. And attention on spine throughout.
