What is VPT with a physical therapist online?

VPT with a physical therapist is a live, 1-on-1 personal training session through your computer/tablet/phone. Physical therapists are movement specialists who will help you meet your fitness goals while tailoring each workout to your specific needs, providing modifications or progressions as necessary. If you are hesitant about how to safely progress on your fitness journey, consider having a Doctor of Physical Therapy lead you.

"Go FlexIt, GO!"

At 70 you can never do enough to stay fit, and in the past it has been difficult to find exercises that work for me due to my history of foot and low back injuries. When I started with FlexIt in September 2020, my goal was to improve my core strength, and Helen convinced me quickly to add balance as an important goal. With her and FlexIt's help, I've made a lot of progress on both goals.

How many times per week should I schedule sessions?

This can differ depending on your schedule and your specific goals. You will meet your goals more quickly by doing at least 2 sessions/week, however, you can schedule as often as you want that 1-on-1 care and supervision.
